Training for IPA (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance by EU) implementation bodies, beneficiaries and other relevant stakeholders (approximately 90 participants in total) regarding preparation of technical specifications, PRAG procurement procedures for works, working with FIDIC forms of contracts, and preparation of Tendering Documents (budget study, financial offer forms, bill of quantities, design drawings & documents) within Capacity Building Trainings.

Drafting and conclusion of Manual of Procedures (to be used by the staff of Lead Institutions, End Beneficiaries for future tender, grant and twinning preparations) specifically concerning tendering process of EU funds sharing good practices and examples. The manual will be printed and disseminated among stakeholders and also published online.
