Civil engineer with a BSc from Boğaziçi University and an MSc in Construction & Engineering Management from Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ). Holds FIDIC Certified Contract Manager credentials and certified Monitoring & Evaluation expertise. Brings a rare blend of hands-on site experience and programme-level project management — having led construction projects from foundation to handover, managed multi-million euro FIDIC contracts, and served as lender's monitor for internationally funded programmes. Combines the technical credibility of an engineer who's walked the site with the strategic perspective of someone who's managed the programme, giving clients a project leader who understands both the construction work and the accountability framework that funded projects demand.
Geological engineer with a BSc from Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ) and an MBA from Hacettepe University, specialising in EU Programme Management and multi-stakeholder coordination. Has led multiple EU-funded projects across Turkey, with deep experience in navigating the complex stakeholder landscapes that characterise development-funded programmes — coordinating between government ministries, EU delegations, implementing agencies, and local authorities. The combination of technical engineering background and business management training gives TANECS its operational backbone: structured programme delivery, financial management, and the institutional relationships that make large-scale projects work.
